The 101 Weekend

A full weekend of events culminating with the spectacular 101 Dinner: Drappier Champagne reception followed by an exclusive multi-course dinner at the world renowned 101 Table. 2 Michelin Star Chef Srijith Gopinathan, from Taj Campton Place in San Francisco, will prepare his award winning Cal-Indian cuisine. Each course will be paired with some of the world's finest wines. The wines will be presented by the owner or representative of each respective winery.

Internationally celebrated Chef Srijith Gopinathan, will provide a dazzling menu marked by his signature re-imaging of California cuisine through the lens of India's multi-faceted Regional dishes.

1400 – 1700 : Get pampered at our award-winning Jiva Spa, laze by the pool-side, then join the Chef for his take on traditional Hyderabadi dishes
1730 : Heritage walk with the palace Historian
1900 : Opening reception with Michel Drappier
2000 : Dinner at the Gol Bungalow featuring the finest Hyderabadi cuisine paired with a selection of India's finest wines, presented by the leaders of India's wine industry

0830 : Breakfast at Zen Garden
1100 – 1400 : Choose to participate in a half-day sightseeing, where you will visit places such as Charminar, Chowmahalla Palace, Lad Bazaar and Salar Jung Museum, join the Amazing Treasure Hunt, enjoy an English Afternoon Tea with a game of croquet and horse riding, or get pampered by our award-winning Jiva Spa
1400 : Enjoy a wine tasting with our international wine experts as well as a food and wine paring q&a with Jancis Robinson and Fiona Beckett. Hosted by Liam Steevenson
2000 : The 101 Wine Dinner, co-hosted by Liam Steevenson, MW and Keith Edgar. Wine service choreographed by Elyse Lambert, MS

0800 : Breakfast at Chowmahalla Palace
1000 – 1300 : Half day sightseeing of the Old City including Charminar, Chowmahalla Palace, Lad Bazaar and Salar Jung Museum or join the Amazing Treasure Hunt, enjoy an English Afternoon Tea with a game of croquet and horse riding or participate in a half day sightseeing covering Golconda, Suraiya Hasan's Looms, Paigah Tombs and Qutub Shahi Tombs
1300 : Lunch at Durbar Hall
1400 : Departure from the Palace
